Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as once we have received your Booking Deposit these conditions will form part of the agreement between yourselves and Le Weekend.


Once you have selected your date and it has been confirmed as available we will require a non-refundable deposit  immediately.  Bookings cannot be formally confirmed without the payment of a deposit.  If we have not received your deposit and we have another enquiry for the same date you may lose your booking.  

Please note that minimum booking numbers apply to each property and should you numbers fall below, you will be invoiced for the minimum guest number.  Normal checkin/out times are 4pm/10am.


The full amount will be payable 6 weeks prior to the party date and you will be invoiced accordingly.  Once the invoice has been paid, we cannot offer refunds.

Deposit - As venues are not staffed, deposits will be held against major breakages or damage and will be returned to you in the week following the party, provided that the venue is returned in a clean and tidy condition.

Should damage occur which exceeds the deposit held, we will present evidence and estimates/invoices and we will pursue full reimbursement.

Smoking is not permitted in any venue – your deposit will automatically be forfeit if this is ignored and if smokers do not clear up after themselves outside, extra cleaning charges will be levied.

Good Neighbour Policy - All venues are surrounded by residential neighbours and therefore it is essential that outdoor space is not used after 10pm.  Any noise complaints will result in loss of your deposit as our venues rely on our good neighbour relations.  Where use of gardens has been granted, groups must withdraw to inside the house at 8pm.

Vacating the property

Upon departure you are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition and to recycle rubbish appropriately. We reserve the right to deduct additional costs if we consider that the property has been left in an unacceptably dirty state.  Please turn off all appliances and lights and lock the property – failure to do so could result in a break-in and damage/theft to property.  

Left property will incur a minimum £10 postage fee per item and the fee will be taken from the deposit. Please tell all of your guests to check for left items before departure!

Payment Methods

We accept payments by bank transfer.


All cancellations must be received in writing and the date of cancellation is that upon which the cancellation letter is received.  Cancellation charges are as follows:

Less than 1 month of the date of the break - 100% of the total price of your break.

Less than 2 months - 50% of the total price of your break.

The booking deposit is non-refundable at any stage

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if this is due to circumstances beyond our control, In this case, all sums will be returned to you in full but you will have no claim against us.

 If a party behaves antisocially, in contravention of house rules whilst in occupation, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without financial compensation and with loss of deposit.
