The Manor House - Accommodation

The accommodation offers five large bedrooms, four bathrooms and a downstairs WC.  There is an additional poolside shower and loo.  Although there are 16 bed spaces, additional guests can be accommodated on temporary beds if needed.  The house was totally refurbished last year, minimum booking number, 14 guests. Please note, if Austen is combined with the Manor for an event, the house extends to nine large bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and two downstairs WC’s. There is parking on the site for up to 16 cars. The houses combined sleep 26+ guests in comfort.

The grand entrance hall is perfect for celebrations and has a baby grand piano.  For formal dining, it can seat up to 20 guests.  There is a light and comfortable regency sitting room with oversized sofas and flat screen TV with DVD player.

The kitchen is state of the art and has American Fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave,  double oven and induction hob.  There are granite worktops and it is fully equipped.

The bedrooms are individually decorated and gracious.  Choose from the bright and luxurious Kidston room (sleeps 3), the light,west-facing Deco room with slipper bath en-suite (sleeps 2), the Oriental with original wall art (sleeps 3), the cosy Gothic room (sleeps 3) with its star painted ceiling or the ground floor Peacock Room (3 guests).   The sitting room has two Knowle sofa beds.

There are two shower rooms and two bathrooms with shower mixers and a separate downstairs WC.
Additional facilities include: Flat screen TV with freeview and DVD,  Ipod dock, CD and WIFI.
There is parking for 8 cars and disposable BBQ’s for garden dining.

The Peacock Spa.
Architect designed stone and glass building with indoor heated pool and large hot tub.  There are seating areas around the pool with tables, chairs and loungers, a running machine and fitness equipment.  There is also a stereo system and a poolside shower and toilet.
